Dr. Moiz Niaz’s passion for animals wasn’t simply a fondness for furry companions; it was a driving force that shaped his entire life. It all began during his teenage years when he landed a position at the reception desk of a veterinary clinic. Witnessing the dedication of the veterinarians and staff firsthand ignited a spark within him, a desire to not just be around animals, but to truly make a positive impact on their lives.
This passion propelled Dr. Niaz to take on more responsibility at the clinic, eventually progressing from receptionist to kennel attendant and then to veterinary assistant. Each role provided him with valuable experience and a deeper understanding of animal care. But Dr. Niaz’s ambition didn’t stop there. He craved the knowledge and expertise to deliver a higher level of medical care to animals in need.
Fueled by this dedication, Dr. Niaz set his sights on a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. He landed a position at a regional specialty hospital where he honed his skills further as a licensed veterinary technician. This role not only broadened his knowledge base but also exposed him to complex medical cases, solidifying his desire to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
Following his internship at BluePearl in San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Niaz wasn’t content to rest on his laurels. He relocated to New Jersey to gain experience at another specialty hospital. Throughout his combined seven years working in these specialized environments, Dr. Niaz witnessed countless animals receive life-saving treatment. He saw the immense joy and relief in pet owners’ eyes when their furry companions recovered. These experiences solidified his dream: to establish an emergency animal hospital that would bring exceptional emergency medical care to his community.
