
Dr. Sarah Wagner, DVM, is an emergency veterinarian specializing in the rapid, evidence-based care of critically ill and injured patients.
A graduate of Ross University with clinical training at Purdue University and internship experience at Oradell Animal Hospital, she has a special interest in emergency medicine and trauma, and is known for her clear clinical judgment and composed, compassionate approach.
Originally from New York, she now lives in New Jersey with her husband, two children, one dog, and three cats.
On her days off she loves to spend time with her family and go shopping.

Dr. Michael Botros (Dr. Mike) is an emergency veterinarian dedicated to providing rapid, compassionate care when pets need it most. His journey in veterinary medicine began at just 18 years old, when he started working in the field and quickly discovered a passion for emergency care.
Over the years, he has gained extensive hands-on experience working in emergency hospitals as an assistant and technician before earning his veterinary degree and stepping into his role as a doctor.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Mike pursued his undergraduate education at Rutgers University before going on to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University, graduating in 2021.
His training, combined with years of real-world emergency experience, has shaped his ability to think quickly, communicate clearly, and provide high-quality care during critical moments.
He is committed to delivering efficient, thorough care while ensuring clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Mike enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking scenic trails, surfing along the coast, and pursuing photography.

Dr. Park (she/they) graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 and completed three years of additional professional training in small animal medicine with a focus in surgery. In her spare time she enjoys pottery, gardening, and cultural dance.

Dr. You earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in South Korea and completed a clinical rotation at Louisiana State University.
She currently focuses on Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine, where she is dedicated to providing high-quality care for pets in critical and time-sensitive situations. She likes to work in the ER and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Her clinical goal is to provide efficient, compassionate treatment to every patient that comes through our doors.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs, Kkuku and Soonie, and exploring different local coffee shops.

Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Dr. Hailey Templar has always had a strong interest in both medicine and animals.
She moved to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Animal Biology.
After initially pursuing human medicine and becoming EMT certified, she realized her passion was in veterinary medicine, where she could combine her medical interests with her love for animals.
Before veterinary school, Dr. Templar worked as a veterinary assistant in an overnight emergency hospital, where she developed a strong interest in emergency and critical care.
She also completed a zoo internship at ZooTampa, where she worked with avian species.
She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University and completed her clinical training at North Carolina State University in Raleigh.
Dr. Templar’s professional interests include emergency and critical care and internal medicine.
She values the human animal bond and enjoys helping pet owners navigate stressful situations with clear communication and compassion.
Outside of work, she enjoys pickleball, golf, and is a foodie who loves trying new restaurants.
She is a proud cat lady and is dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate care to her patients and their families.

Dr. Mays has always wanted to be a veterinarian since childhood.
Growing up on a farm in rural New Jersey, he loved caring for animals.
Dr. Mays began volunteering at shelters and general practices at the age of 13.
He then worked his way up to becoming an emergency veterinary technician in Florida for two years.
Throughout vet school, he continued working as an ER and anatomy lab technician.
After attending The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, he focused on Public Health.
During this time, he completed a thesis in Ecuador measuring primary drinking water sources for E. coli contamination using WHO guidelines, assessing water safety, and reporting results to residents.
Afterwards, he worked as a surgeon and general practitioner at a high-volume, low-income spay and neuter facility in Columbus, Ohio.
Most recently, Dr. Mays completed an emergency focused, small animal rotating internship at Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus NJ.
Dr. Mays enjoys making a difference while doing what he loves.
He is especially passionate about emergency medicine—he thrives on stabilizing acute cases and supporting clients during stressful and emotional times.
He values the client-patient-veterinarian relationship and enjoys guiding pet owners through challenging situations with compassion and clarity.
Discharging a patient to a relieved and grateful owner is one of the most rewarding parts of his job.
In Dr. Mays’ free time, he enjoys running and hiking.
He also loves spending quality time with his 2-year-old niece and nephew.
In addition, he loves traveling and discovering new cultures, especially the food!

Dr. Jermansky is originally from Brooklyn.
She did her undergrad upstate before moving to Minnesota for vet school.
After she graduated, she did an ER internship in Arizona, then worked for BluePearl.
She’s making the move back to the East Coast to be closer to family, and also because the East Coast is the best coast.
When she’s not working, she loves antique shopping, getting tattooed, hiking, and spending time with her 3 cats.
